Rallypi provides automated research summaries of U.S. stock and ETF market data, generated after market close (16:00 ET). Content is for informational purposes only and does not constitute investment advice.

2. Data and Information

Market data is displayed as of market close or with a 15-minute delay during market hours. Rallypi does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information. Do not rely on this service for investment decisions.

3. Account

Accounts are created via Google OAuth only. We collect only your email address for authentication. You may delete your account at any time from Settings, which will immediately deactivate it.

4. Content

Research summaries are AI-generated from publicly available news sources. Sources are linked; full article text is not reproduced. Rallypi is not responsible for third-party content.

5. Limitation of Liability

Rallypi is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of this service or reliance on its content.

6. Voting

Market outlook votes are user-submitted opinions and do not represent investment recommendations. Each user may vote once per trading day per ticker.
